Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain goods are non-returnable, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable software.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Apply in the Following Scenarios:
- Items showing signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or other media
- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
